RR Price, Inc/Paul T. Price & Son, Inc. dba Price Insurance, as a member of the financial services industry, has been and continues to be subject to federal and state privacy laws regarding the collection and exchange of your insurance information.

Working with you, RR Price, Inc/Paul T. Price & Son, Inc. dba Price Insurance gathers the necessary information from you and other public and insurance sources to execute the insurance market search and placement for the insurance coverage's your needs/risk exposures require. In doing so, RR Price, Inc/Paul T. Price & Son, Inc. dba Price Insurance exchanges such information only with other insurance related parties that are similarly obligated under state and federal privacy laws and have in place the appropriate procedures to keep all treatments and exchanges of your information within the requirements of these laws.

As we place your insurance with these carriers, both our agency and the carriers work together (as well as individually) to retain uses for only those activities required to underwrite, issue and service your policy of insurance, as well as conduct claims activities-should that be necessary on your behalf. You will receive from any insurance parties with which we place your coverage a copy of their complaint practices, as well.

We will not, under any circumstance exchange your information with any other disaffiliated third party.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers, except as necessary to provide insurance and financial products or services to them. In order to obtain the products and services you need, we collect information about you from the following sources:

• Information we receive from you on applications and other forms
• Information about your transactions with us or our affiliates
• Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies
• Information we receive from the companies we represent that provide insurance policies to you
• Information from other sources such as employers or government agencies

Examples of such information may include your name, address, social security number, policy coverage and limits, premiums, income, claims and beneficiaries.

As independent agents, we disclose the information described above on your behalf to insurance companies and other non-affiliated third parties.

We restrict access to personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide insurance products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

If you require more privacy protection than what we provide, you may exercise your right to "opt out" of the information sharing described above. If you choose to "opt out" you must notify us in writing or call us at 847-234-0411 within thirty days of receiving this notice. If you do not notify us in writing or by phone we will assume that our privacy policy is satisfactory to you.
